I am not sure you would be generating enough content to call it a “blog” but having a NEWS section can be helpful and will give your site a look for being current/up to date. I would add the functionality for you to be able to create a post (or I can certainly do it) every time there is a notable event you feel the need to comment on/share – a legal filing or tax implication etc. This will start to build your thought leadership cred. You already have it – lets make it more visible and findable.
